Eleven people reportedly overdosed Wednesday in the same Baltimore neighborhood in which three similar mass overdoses have occurred over the past four months.

Emergency teams began responding to the incident in the city’s Penn North neighborhood at about 11:40 a.m., according to CBS News.

Seven people were taken to a hospital, and four others refused treatment, according to police.

Those hospitalized were six men and a woman, ranging from ages 30 to 60. They were all being treated for non-life-threatening injuries and expected to survive.

Outreach teams responded to the scene – distributing harm-reduction supplies such as Narcan, test strips, safe-use kits and other resources in the community, police said.

Police are still trying to determine on what drug the victims overdosed.
