Roman Anthony showed at every level that he was ready to move up.
In Triple-A in 2025, he was batting. 288/.423/.491 with nine doubles, two triples and 10 home runs.
He had already batted .344 in 35 games at Triple-A the year before after slugging 15 homers at Double-A to earn that promotion.

His only slight struggle in the pros was in 10 games in Single-A in his draft year, when he batted .189.

Now, the Red Sox will get to see up close just how special Anthony is.
