Google on Thursday confirmed its cloud services were down earlier in the day, as over 14,000 Americans reported outages on downdetector.

Google Cloud, Spotify and the communications platform Discord have all reported outages recently, with 45,000 outages reported for Spotify on downdetector on Thursday afternoon.

Google Cloud said that it was working on the problem, and had restored access to the services to all locations but central United States at 3:30 p.m. Eastern.

“We are experiencing service issues with multiple GCP products beginning Thursday [at] 10:51 PDT. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue,” the website said. “We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption.”

Google did not provide an estimated time for when all things would be restored.
