The Miami Dolphins find themselves in trouble once again following a season in which they missed the playoffs. Wide receiver Tyreek Hill is back in the headlinesāthis time for naming his top five quarterbacks, and notably, his own quarterback didnāt make the list.
Adding to the uncertainty, Hill has undergone two wrist surgeries this offseason, casting doubt on the future of a player once considered among the leagueās elite. Meanwhile, the Dolphins are also facing a dilemma with cornerback Jalen Ramsey. A trade seems inevitable, but for now, Miami is unwilling to accommodate his contract demands.
āThe Dolphins appear unwilling to take on any of Jalen Ramseyās guaranteed money to facilitate a trade. Teams are very interested in trading for Ramsey, but donāt want to take on his full contract. This is the current hold up,ā Jeremy Fowler reported.
One potential landing spot for Ramsey is a reunion with the Los Angeles Rams, where he won his only Super Bowl.
āThe Rams lack both consistency and top-level play in their cornerback ranks ā the biggest deficiency in this young, acclaimed defense. The front office did almost nothing to invest in the unit this offseason, but the opportunity to make a splash is still alive should the Rams make a play to bring Jalen Ramsey back to Los Angeles,ā Mason Cameron wrote.
The Dolphins ended last season with an 8ā9 record, prompting some harsh criticismāmost notably from Packers running back Josh Jacobs during a live stream.

āYou coming to the Dolphins,ā Adin Ross said.
āNo Iām not, Iām trying to win gang, I aināt trying to lose,ā Jacobs replied.
While the Packers made the playoffs, the Dolphins were sent home early and now face a growing list of internal issues. Jacobs made it abundantly clear that Miami isnāt on his radar once his contract with Green Bay ends in the coming years.
