Frenzied scramble to order Taylor Swift’s ‘Tiny Bubbles In Champagne’ edition – available for just 48 hours

The countdown is underway for the release of Taylor Swift’s 12th studio album, ‘The Life Of A Showgirl’, which, like her previous releases, will be available across multiple formats: vinyl, CD, digital download and cassette.

And of course, there will be limited edition, special releases which are aimed specifically for serious collectors and completists.

Taylor Swift collection available “for 48 hours only”

So far, different vinyl variants of ‘The Life Of A Showgirl’ have been listed for pre-order through the artist’s official website store: the ‘The Shiny Bug’ collection (green and purple marbled vinyl with alternative cover) and the ‘Baby, That’s Show Business’ collection – once again with a different sleeve and available in two colored vinyl sets: ‘lovely bouquet golden vinyl’ and ‘lakeside beach blue sparkle .’

The ‘Baby, That’s Show Business’ collection was released on August 21 and was available for just 48 hours or until supplies lasted. The collection sold out within an hour.

Colored vinyl, alternative picture sleeve

Now, another very limited collection has been announced. ‘Tiny Bubbles In Champagne’ edition dropped on Monday night and is available for 48 hours, until 3:59 pm ET August 27.

The ‘Tiny Bubbles In Champagne’ collection features yet another color variant – ‘Under Bright Lights Pearlescent’ and ‘Red Lipstick and Lace’.

The new recordings will also be available in deluxe CD formats and who knows, possibly with a Black Friday RSD drop on 29 November? Vinyl-loving Swifties can also pre-order ‘The Life Of A Showgirl’ on Sweat and Vanilla Perfume Portofino Orange Glitter vinyl. The album’s official release date is October 3.

When she announced details of her new record earlier this month, Taylor called ‘The Life Of A Showgirl’ “the record I’ve been wanting to make for a very long time” which focuses on “what was going on behind the scenes in my inner life” during her record-breaking Eras Tour.
