Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores are scheduled to appear in federal court in Manhattan on Monday.
The hearing is set for 12pm, according to a court spokesperson.
Maduro and his wife were captured in Venezuela on Saturday after U.S. strikes in the country.
