Russian drone and missile attacks on Ukraine killed at least two people on Saturday while peace negotiations continue next week Istanbul.
The casualties included a 9-year-old girl, Ukrainian officials said.
According to the Associated Press, Russian troops launched about 109 drones and five missiles into Ukraine.Â
Officials said that three of the missiles and 42 drones were destroyed while 30 drones did not hit their targets, the AP reported.
Ukraine diplomats are expected to attend peace talks next week in Istanbul, which Russian officials had proposed.
