The Senate on Friday is slated to vote again on continuing resolutions to end the government shutdown, which is on its third day.
There are two continuing resolutions on the table, one sponsored by each party, with neither expecting to pass.
On Wednesday, Democrats blocked the Republicans’ stopgap funding bill for the third time, ABC News reported. The Senate didn’t vote on Thursday, as the upper chamber broke for Yom Kippur.
Democrats are trying to push Republicans to deal with expiring Obamacare tax credits, according to Fox News.
