Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce announce engagement on social media

Grammy-winning singer Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs football player Travis Kelce announced Tuesday that they have gotten engaged.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Kelce and Swift posted on Instagram. 

The post featured photos from the proposal and a picture of a wedding ring, according to NBC News.

Kelce and Swift have been dating for two years. Swift made headlines over the period as she attended many of Kelce’s football games.
