Tom Morello sends clear message to Trump “one phat riff at a time”

The Boss has come under some heavy criticism from the current Commander and Chief, and opinions vary – rather predictably on both sides of the political/moral divide – on why this is.

Morello backs Springsteen against Trump

For the legend of rock that is Tom Morello, the reason for the beef between Bruce Springsteen and Donald Trump is clear and he wasn’t about to miss an opportunity to share it, while showing who he backed, at his show in Boston over the weekend.

“Bruce is going after Trump because Bruce, his whole life, he’s been about truth, justice, democracy, equality,” the Rage Against the Machine artist said. “And Trump is mad at him because Bruce draws a bigger audience. Fuck that guy!”

The image of Morello on stage with a guitar adorned with two words aimed directly at the U.S. President left no doubt.

After the gig he posted on Instagram, doubling down on the message…
