President Donald Trump on Saturday met with Qatar’s Amir, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on Air Force One during a refueling stop at Al Udeid Air Base in Doha.
Trump is on his way to a summit in Malaysia.
âWeâve done a lot together, especially in the last year,â Trump said while with the Qatari leaders, referencing issues like the Gaza peace deal.
âWhat weâve done is incredible â peace to the Middle East â and they were a very big factor in it, so I just want to thank you,” he added.
